Our Services
Lakeview Behavioral Health provides services for adults, adolescents and children that are in need of behavioral health care. Our goal is to treat the whole person and meet each individual’s needs based on their own particular situation. We provide outpatient mental health, substance use, psychiatry and co-occurring services in our 5 office locations and via statewide telehealth. Lakeview’s offices are located in Uptown Grand Rapids, Downtown Grand Rapids, Hibbing, Brainerd and Duluth.
Mental Health Therapy
We specialize in the development of individualized treatment plans that meet each individual’s needs based on their own particular situation. Our approach integrates therapy, counseling and support services designed to enhance mental health, promote resilience and improve overall quality of life.
Substance Use Treatment
We provide substance use treatment services, addressing all substance use disorders. Our approach begins with a comprehensive assessment, personalized treatment planning, and a variety of therapy options tailored to each individual. We offer co-occurring services and medication-assisted treatment, ensuring whole person care and support for lasting recovery.
Psychiatry Services
Our focus is on the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders through psychiatric evaluations, assessments and medication management. We prioritize evidence-based interventions and strive to empower our clients with the knowledge and skills to support them on their journey.
Supported Medication-assisted Treatment
Medication-Assisted Treatment is a method of treatment that includes the use of medications, like Vivitrol and Suboxone, in addition to counseling and behavioral health therapies as part of Lakeview Behavioral Health’s Intensive Outpatient Services offerings, with an ultimate goal of a full and sustaining recovery.
Telehealth (Telemedicine)
Telehealth describes the delivery of care through telecommunications technology, usually videoconferencing. Telehealth visits can be done through the comfort of your home, Lakeview’s six office locations or in one of our Satellite Clinics (Ely Community Health Center & Brainerd Thrifty White Pharmacy).
Co-Occurring Services
When mental disorders and substance use disorders exist together, specialized care and treatment plans must be used in order to treat the whole person. At Lakeview Behavioral Health, we are equipped to manage both aspects for better outcomes.
