Our professional land and real estate staff manage the land surrounding our 17 reservoirs for public recreation, forest and wildlife stewardship, cultural and historical site protection, environmental education and cabin and home sites.
Purchase Option for Lease Lots
Minnesota Power continues platting and working through regulatory processes in preparation for offering the leased lots for sale to current leaseholders on Island Lake Reservoir, Fish Lake Reservoir and Whiteface Reservoir.
