Using management scorecards to increase competitiveness
Presented by Brent Opall, UWS
How to Compete Using Management Scorecards is a hand-on workshop that asks participants to construct a score card based on their organization’s financial and strategic objectives. To help complete this exercise two management frameworks are considered; Porter’s 5 Forces and the Triple Bottom Line. During the exercise participants will use these frameworks to better understand their organization, complete a planning worksheet, consult with peers, and leave with an outline of their tailored management scorecard. This session will be of particular interest to those who want to develop metrics to evaluate their organization’s strategy.
