Event Description: Work/Life Balance

 According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average working adult spends 8.9 hours a day working. In addition, in the age of ever-changing technology and increasing demands, many people work much longer hours as a result of a blurred line between work and non-work time. This session will focus on developing ideas for enhancing the balance between your work and personal life through the identification of personal values.
