Panel Discussion Featuring: Anna Tanski, Visit Duluth CEO; Tom Hanson, Owner of Duluth Grill and Melanie Goldish, VP of Flint Group 
Workplace Culture: As an employee, department lead or business owner we all play a part in creating positive workplace culture. During this session hear from three local leaders on how they actively create and sustain a constructive environment to encourage productivity and collaboration in the workplace.

In Duluth getting involved is how you build relationships, and relationships are how you get things done.  This session is focused on enlightening you on the idea that there is an intersection between our own wants/needs/success, and the health/success of the community.  Operating from that intersection benefits us as individuals, as well as the community around us.

Strategic Communication: In this high energy session led by Dan Hartman, Executive Director of Glensheen Mansion explore new ways to be deliberate with communication to encourage others and achieve the groups desired results.

Time Management for a Healthier YOU: Time management is the ability to plan and control how you spend the hours in your day to effectively accomplish your goals. Poor time management can be related to procrastination, as well as problems with self-control. In this session develop the skills involved in managing your time include planning for the future, setting goals, prioritizing tasks, and monitoring where your time actually goes.

The LOLL Designs Story:
 Loll Designs is an outstanding example of economic development established from a core belief. In this session hear from successful business owner Greg Benson on his unique journey to building the Loll Design company, a national recognized Duluth based organization creating furniture products made from recycled products. 

Panel Discussion
We are ALL Salespeople: Think you are not in sales? Think again. This session highlights three local leaders from completely different lines of work on how they have built their brand, marketed their services, and achieved sales success. Learn how you can implement simple steps to reach your goals regardless of what field you are in. 

2:45 to 3:30 PM | Breakout Session #5

Adam Sundberg | Cyclists of Gitchie Gumee Shores
From Vision to Fruition: Goal planning is an intensive process – one which requires thought, focus, and energy. In this session, hear from COGGS (Cyclists Of Gitchee Gumme Shores) Past Board Chair Adam Sundberg on how they systematically achieve their objectives.  COGGS momentum has been unstoppable in recent years due to their commitment all the way through the planning stages to a finished project. Hear about their ongoing projects such as the Duluth Traverse (100+ mile system of multi-use single track though Duluth) and how this endeavor is coming into fruition. 

Lyle Wildes | Positive Attitudes Development
Core Values: With 20 years in state and Federal prison, Lyle Wildes developed the Positive Attitude Development program. He spent his remaining years in prison facilitating the program to inmates and outside prison volunteers.  In this session hear from Brain Coach Lyle Wildes, his personal story and mistakes that taught him his core values - to live with transparency, wellness and compassion. Lyle will help you to identify your core values and gain a better understanding of yourself and your relationships with others.
