The proposed 333 Tower building, to be built at 333 East Superior Street, will include 204 rental units with retail on the ground floor. The project is being developed by a partnership including Duluth’s Titanium Partners, Madison-based Landmark, and Chicago developer Gerald Fogelson. Brian Forcier, of Titanium Partners, will provide us a timely update on this exciting, bold development.
