The Duluth Seaway Port Authority brings business to the port, economic development to the region, and we advocate for maritime transportation, freight, and industry. Under the Duluth Cargo Connect banner, we operate a full-service multimodal logistics hub at the Clure Terminal, connecting the Upper Midwest and the world via road, rail, and the Great Lakes – St. Lawrence Seaway System.
