City Councilor Jennifer Julsrud has proposed an increase in the city budget in 2013 to fund two additional staff in business development and the planning department for the City of Duluth. The budget increase of $230,000 would boost the city's marketing and recruiting efforts through the new positions to accommodate the goal of bringing increased jobs to our community.
