Recent legislative action and widespread media attention on the climate change issue have prompted us to debate the issue and its prospective challenges confronting Minnesota businesses and citizens. We are interested in your thoughts on how Minnesota should address this issue.
We have invited Tom Mullikin, a nationally-recognized environmental attorney who frequently speaks to legislators, environmentalists and business leaders nationwide regarding climate policy, to facilitate the discussion and suggest options for moving Minnesota climate change policy in a direction that proposes real-world solutions to a global concern. Mr. Mullikin will highlight the real-world impacts of potential regulations, as well as identify those programs that Minnesota businesses can support to meet its
legislated greenhouse gas reductions without negatively impacting Minnesota’s working families.
