For many years, city government in Duluth has been in survival mode - with attention and focus being given to the most recent crisis. After overcoming significant issues, the City is now focused on reform of policy and operations with the goal of ensuring we never again face a year as challenging as 2008. At this lunch, Mayor Ness will speak to his reform agenda for city government and his plans to make city government a quality and consistent service provider.
