Day One: May 12, 2009
Registration Begins at 12:00pm in the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Lobby. All buses for the tours will leave the Holiday Inn at 1:30pm and return to the Hotel at approximately 4:00pm.

LL Smith- Take a waterfront tour of the Duluth Superior port and hear how the harbor has been used, how it is currently used and the future plans to keep goods and services flowing. (Approx. 3 hours)
Sisu Medical Solutions and the Natural Resources and Research Institute - Sisu Medical Solutions LLC operates an integrated healthcare software system and provides technology consulting services to health care facilities in the region. The Natural Resources and Research Institute provides rapid prototyping services for industry and University research. They also provide analytical laboratory and field research support services to NRRI scientists and work to rapidly develop and apply technology. (Approx. 2.5 hours)
Superior Steel and ME Global - ME Global manufactures metal castings to be used in the global mining industry. Superior Steel manufactures specialty machines for the paper and manufacturing industries. (Approx. 2.5 hours)
Fraser Shipyards/Smart Pellet/Twin Ports Testing - Tour a wood pellet making facility and then learn how pellets are graded and tested. Afterwards this tour will visit Fraser Shipyards – one of the most trusted yards on the Lakes since 1890. From dry docking to making floating repairs Fraser has been trusted to modify, repair and build vessels for 120 years. You will see at least one ship in dry dock and see how big the ships really are. (Approx. 2.5 hours)
Day Two: May 13, 2009
Registration 7:30am - Holiday Inn Great Lakes Ballroom - Breakfast and Conference begins at 8:00am.
