How to Participate:
In launching this project for the first time, we are limiting the maximum number of organizations to 200. To participate, the organization must (1) be a member of the Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce, and (2) have at least 20 full- and part-time employees combined (there is no upper limit). You become a participant when you register.
When you or a designated "organizational contact" person registers your organization to participate, the individual listed will be contacted by the data collection coordinator or her assistant to obtain the names of the individuals who will be the "organization leader contact" and "HR contact" ; these individuals can be the same person or different people. Be sure you have secured the commitment of these individuals prior to registering. Once we have that contact information, we will send the respective online
survey links via email to those individuals. At the same time, we will also begin making arrangements with your organization's primary contact person regarding the communications to employees for their survey.
