Event Description: On Sunday, August 23rd 2009 one of Duluth's most unique events returns to Lincoln Park, with the nation's only Time Trial event on a public road. Particpate or come and watch as more than 100 vehicles take to the street, roaring down Garfield Avenue at speeds exceeding 150 miles per hour over 1/8 mile.
