Event Description: Guest Speaker: Karen Diver - Chair, Fond du Lac Band of Minnesota Chippewa Tribe Building Economic Growth through Cultural Collaboration Karen Diver, the first female chair of the Fond du Lac Band of Minnesota Chippewa tribe, is a prime example of leadership in our community. As Fond du Lac’s chair, Diver works with the other tribal council members to bring “best business practices” to the Band so as to grow and sustain economic impact. Diver will share what’s new on the reservation and how leaders from the Band and Duluth work together to strengthen the greater community.
