"This session will explore the leadership challenges faced by mid-level managers and those who aspire to manage. Those who participate in the session will be able to:
1. Accurately diagnose the cause of business problems and know where to focus their efforts to fix them; 2. Help subordinates (and superiors) learn to address the issues that block organizational success; and 3. Use a coaching & feedback model that will allow subordinates (and
superiors) to develop their skills without becoming defensive.
The session also would be useful for senior leaders who wish to help their middle managers become better aligned with organizational strategy and objectives."
