It is importnat that the City of Duluth's Comprehensive Land Use Plan be implemented as efficiently as possible. This means the City's new zoning regulations must be concise, cost-effective and transparent. Join us and learn how the new regulations allow the City to be more responsive to our citizens and to the needs of our development community.
