Event Description: Second Harvest Northern Lakes Food Bank originated in 1984 in Gilbert, MN.  It was formally known as the Arrowhead Food Bank and began operation to assist thousands of iron mine workers laid off during one of the most difficult economic times in our history.  Join us after a long summer hiatus from Finally Fridays.  You will learn how nationally and regionally donated food is distributed to over 200 non-profit agencies and over 40,000 people in need.
