"Customer Relationship Management (CRM)"
Presented by Rick Moran, UWS
Most business people see Customer Relationship Management (CRM) as a system that gathers customer information and then makes it available in useful formats for employees selling to or providing service to customers. Done right - meaning the right information gets to the right employee at the right time - CRM can dramatically improve sales, customer service and profits.
Small businesses often think this is expensive and beyond their reach. While large firms can easily spend tens of millions of dollars on CRM, many small or cost conscious businesses use off the shelf software or cloud-based systems to harness the power of CRM at minimal cost. This presentation explains what CRM is, the benefits for businesses and shows examples of very low cost ways of bringing the benefits to CRM to almost any business.
