The Duluth Chamber is proud to present the fourth annual Women in Leadership Conference—a signature event designed to motivate, inspire, and advance female leaders at any stage in their careers. Rooted in storytelling, empowerment, and connection, this innovative conference will offer attendees the opportunity to hear from trailblazing women leaders as they share the stories of their personal journeys and the key lessons they learned along the way. This year’s dynamic event will feature premier keynote speakers, personalized career development workshops, an expert panel on workplace belonging and wellbeing, relevant breakout sessions for any career level, and an engaging after-party and women’s expo highlighting women-owned and female-led organizations.

The 2026 conference experience is intentionally designed as a full-day leadership journey anchored by three transformative keynote moments: Opening Keynote Karen Laos, communication expert and executive advisor known for her work with leaders at organizations such as NASA, Google, and Netflix, kicks off the day with high-energy insights on confidence, clarity, and executive presence as the foundation of leadership influence. During this special preparatory workshop, students will learn real-life career skills such as interviewing tactics, personal branding, professional email verbiage, negotiation skills, and how to effectively network. The event will feature short skills presentations, mock interviews, résumé/online profiles review, and roundtable discussions with industry professionals.

Finally Fridays: Morning Networking Events to Elevate Your Profile

Finally Fridays is the Chamber’s morning social series which provides guests the opportunity to start their day with professional accompaniment, breakfast beverages, and snacks. Join us at this special Finally Fridays hosted by Life House to learn more about the critical work they do for the youth in our community.

In lieu of a registration fee, the Duluth Chamber team will collect cash donations at the door that will go directly to support the mission of Life House. Credit card donations will also be accepted. A $5 minimum donation is encouraged.

About the Host

Life House provides comprehensive supportive services to meet the needs of our youth and young families ages 14 to 24 who are unstably housed and/or navigating various challenges in life.

We provide a place for them to connect with compassionate staff where they can feel and express all their emotions as well as heal from their wounds.
